Duties
- Maintain accurate records of all elements of the project
- Support Board meetings and community meetings with presentation and reporting materials
- With the BVT develop and manage a project schedule, and coordinate same with third parties and funding sources
- Track and support administration of the project budget and grant awards
- Support BVT with procurement and scheduling of technical assistance providers, as needed
- Collaborate with the BVT to secure additional grant funding by drafting applications to funding sources
- Complete all grant reporting requirements in partnership with BVT
- Coordinate tasks associated with the environmental and other administrative review process(s) for the project
- Support the filing of required permits and attend required public hearings on behalf of the project
- Administer contracts Community Trust enters for technical assistance and construction related tasks
- With BTV coordinate with funding partners, historic preservation specialists, other stakeholders and collaborating partners
