Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,050 per week

Innovent Global is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Garfield Heights, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline : RN Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am Minimum of 18 months recent Med / Surg Telemetry experience. Must have 18 months perm MS / Tele PRIOR to travel. AHA BLS & ACLS required, MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required Innovent Global Job ID 1730. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
