Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Patent prosecution experience

- 3 years of patent drafting experience

Responsibilities :
As a patent associate, you will be responsible for drafting patent applications in a variety of industries (mostly mechanical, software and some aerospace applications.) You will work closely with our principal patent attorney. You will be responsible for drafting patent applications, conducting patent searches, drafting office action responses, and conducting infringement analyses.
