You Will Love
- Supporting the DVM staff in the personal development of medical and administrative needs
- Leading the staff and practice by growing the team, holding meetings, conducting annual reviews, developing and monitoring compliance protocols
- Partnering with your Regional Operations manager to ensure compliance with regulations, assist in the preparation of annual planning strategy, and develop a vision for the growth of the practice
- Partnering with Hospital Leadership to lead the team, ensuring a culture of quality medicine and financial success for the clinic
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
- Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of employment
- Ideally, 5 years of practice experience
- Positive and effective leadership
- Ability to manage staff and outcomes with emotional intelligence
- Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
- Delegation of tasks and achieving results with practice team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
