Are you passionate about animals and providing top-notch customer service? Melrose Animal Clinic, a busy six-doctor AAHA-accredited veterinary practice , is looking for a part-time Client Service Representative to join our dedicated customer care team!
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role :
- Answer busy phone lines and schedule appointments
- Greet and assist clients with a smile
- Handle payments and process invoices
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Use computer software to manage client and pet information
- Assist with prescription and product requests as directed by veterinarians
Preferred Qualifications
Previous customer service experience (veterinary or medical field preferred but not required)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive, professional attitude with a passion for animals
Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
