As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. Your primary role will be to manage client interactions, ensure smooth patient flow, and provide administrative support to our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction & Customer Service :
- Greet and check in clients and patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist clients with questions regarding services, pet care, and billing.
- Provide clients with information about their pet’s health, procedures, and appointments in a clear, compassionate way.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise to be Successful
Previous experience in a veterinary practice is required. This includes exposure to reception duties, client service, and general office operations.
Must be available to rotate Saturdays as part of the regular schedule.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain procedures and information clearly to clients.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Strong attention to detail in managing medical records, appointments, and client information accurately.
Collaborative approach to working with colleagues, with a focus on maintaining a positive and supportive team dynamic.
