Key Activities/Responsibilities
· Responsible for following company policies and procedures.
· Maintains department documentation relating to the Innovex quality management system.
· Responsible for quoting and generating sales orders.
· Performs contract review for ensure compliance with quality management system requirements.
· Responsible for maintaining and monitoring raw material and component inventory levels.
· Supports manager in the communication with all departments in the manufacturing and delivery of product.
· Responsible for performing denied party screening for international quotations and sales orders.
· Responsible for record keeping and document control of all sales orders and quote documents as per Trade Compliance Manual.
· Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Position Objective
Responsible for efficient communication, collaboration, and support of co-workers and management team members as liaison to customers for the on-time delivery of quality products.
Scope of role (revenue impact, risk level managed / associated in role, P&L managed, etc.)
Through the receipt, review and approval of quotations received from customers, the Customer Service Representative communicates and coordinates through the proper channels for on-time delivery of quality product. Strives and promotes continual improvement of quality products while ensuring on-time delivery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.19 - $18.05 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
