Key Activities/Responsibilities:
- The Field Service Supervisor partners with Sales (Operations) and Customer to ensure job has all required tooling and (equipment) required to complete safely, on-time and in budget.
- The Field Service Supervisor may provide guidance and direction to others on the job site.
- The Field Service Supervisor may check the work of entry-level technicians to ensure accuracy of details, calculations.
- Is responsible to oversee, and complete jobs assigned utilizing their experience to ensure all the proper tools and equipment that “could be” required are in place and operations are performed in a safe manner.
- Is responsible for investigation and resolving customer reports of technical problems with equipment and eliminating future operational or service difficulties at the well.
- Serve as a point of contact and protect the customer’s interest at the well site and ensure that the services are completed in accordance with the customer’s specifications.
- Be the eyes and ears, and act as an active participant in developing and protecting the client relationship.
- Review the job design and confirms the job packet includes the proper equipment and processes to achieve the job purpose.
- Utilize experience to identify any additional contingencies that should be provided for and evaluate alternative courses of action if necessary.
- Consult with and advise customers concerning products and services based on observation and development of facts presented, promotes good customer relations at the well site, and insures customer satisfaction with results.
- Utilizes Independent judgement and experience to supervise operation and ensure, job is on track and being completed in a safe efficient manner.
- Conducts and documents all Health, Safety and Environmental related activities at the well site - site assessments and risk analyses (JSA), onsite safety meetings, PPE use, etc.
- Completes all well site and post-job paperwork and participates in post-job review.
- Capable of making recommendations to client for efficient and successful job and achievement of business objectives.
- Uses independent judgement and experience to resolve problems arising during operations
REQUIED EXPERIENCE:
- 5-7 Years Preferred Oil Field Service Experience Production or Workover
- Preferred Rig experience both drilling and workover, workover experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical components of tools.
- Proficient with tool knowledge, applications, and job execution for penetrators and well head equipment.
