We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Product Line Manager to oversee our drilling products. This role will be pivotal in driving product development, implementing business strategies, and ensuring the alignment of technical and commercial objectives.
The Exciting Things You Will Do:
- Implement the strategic business plan for the drilling product line to meet and exceed revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Collaborate with select clients to explore current and future business opportunities.
- Identify, assess, and champion global product development opportunities.
- Evaluate market conditions and adjust strategies to capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities.
- Plan and execute effective strategic marketing campaigns in partnership with the marketing team, including web content, branding, product positioning, and trade show materials.
- Work closely with manufacturing and operations to manage inventory and asset utilization in support of business development efforts.
- Conduct commercial evaluations and provide pricing recommendations for products and services.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and maintain a commitment to operational excellence.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform product line strategy and decision-making.
- Stay informed about industry standards, testing requirements, and common practices.
