Quality Manager

Innovex designs, manufactures, and installs mission-critical drilling & deployment, well construction, completion, production, and fishing & intervention solutions to support upstream onshore and offshore activities worldwide. We are looking for a high performing leader with quality management experience in oilfield service products, manufacturing and services, to lead our Quality Team.

The Exciting Things You Will Do :

• Lead teams locally to meet company quality, safety, and performance objectives.
• Be responsible for the Quality Management System and adherence ensuring compliance with customer, local and statutory requirements, and certifications (ISO 9001 : 2015, API Q1, etc.).
• Demonstrated performance working in quality management system complying to API Q1, 6A, 5CT.
• Experienced leading internal and external audits and track record of performance.
• Experience leading diverse groups.
• Monitor and advise on all quality matters, issues and concerns to ensure company compliance with statutory requirements, company and contractual requirements and good industry practice.
• Communicate effectively with global team to ensure requirements are met.
• Report on the company’s quality performance to the leadership team and statutory authorities when required.
• Maintain awareness of evolving industry quality regulations and best practice and how they could be applied to the company’s operations.
• Schedule events such as internal audits, management review and external audits.
• Perform root cause and corrective action analysis and implementation.
• Resolve / Escalate issues in a timely manner.
• Demonstrated track record of continuous improvement performance.
