We are looking to add to our growing team a Senior Wellhead Field Service Technician with strong mechanical ability and wellhead installation and maintenance experience, who has leadership skills, understands quality customer service, and ensures safety and quality throughout operations. The exciting things you will do...
- Comply with all company Safety, quality, environmental requirements, and policies & procedures.
- Execute field service requirements such as assembly, installation, torque/test, maintenance and service of wellheads.
- Perform customer property equipment repairs.
- Organize and coordinate customer work assignments to achieve quality, customer service, and delivery requirements.
- Report field issues through field non-conformance reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work within a team to optimize shop and onsite performance.
- Maintain a high degree off customer satisfaction by providing on-time and competent service.
- Maintain service units, including maintenance, tools, and inventory of spare parts.
- Complete documentation accurately and completely in accordance with regulation and policies.
- Accurately complete field service tickets, rental tickets, and customer required documents.
- Participate in developing a strong service team through cross-training and sharing knowledge with others.
Job requirements:
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Must meet the physical demands and requirements of the job. This role involves regularly lifting, up to 50 lbs.; also bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, walking and/or sitting for extended periods of time. In addition to the physical nature of this job.
- Willingness to travel
- Valid Driver’s License
Experience:
- Wellhead Installation and maintenance experience of 2 years
- Knowledge and understanding of a large cross section of OEM wellhead equipment a bonus
- Gate Valve knowledge and repair experience
