Main Responsibilities:
- Design and develop prototype machinery, including mechanical drives, counterbalances, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, and controls.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure that prototype machinery meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
- Assist in the installation of prototypes and develop operational, installation, and service documentation for tech writing.
- Train and track install and service needs for prototype equipment.
- Develop and improve work environment for new product assembly.
- Tune home, pick, and drop points for Fanuc robots.
- Track issues, time estimate gaps, quality, and schedule for builds.
- Build relationships at the technical and commercial level with local site leads.
- Provide support of proposal efforts or customer presentations.
