Out global client in the aerospace and defense industry is looking for a Business Analyst to join their IAM team, who is currently handling several large-scale projects, with a major focus on migrating applications from legacy systems to Enterprise systems. This Business Analyst role will play a key part in supporting these migration efforts, particularly in relation to SSO migrations. Requirements:
- 7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within the Identity and Access Management space
- 2 years of experience with ServiceNow
- Experience gathering requirements for implementing Authentication Service(s) such as MFA, SSO, AD, LDAP etc.
- Hands on experience working with the Business/App owners, etc. and must be able to manage end user expectations
- Experience working with the application teams/stakeholders to complete UAT testing
- Extensive experience creating BRD’s, use cases, user stories, etc.
- Excellent process mapping and gap analysis skills
Nice to have:

- Project Management background/experience
Responsibilities:
- Develop business and functional requirements for integrating new application as well as migrating application to Enterprise systems
- Create use cases, track defects, and work with team members and customers throughout the Application integration lifecycle
- Supporting QA teams to lead the testing effort and acquire testing sign-off
- Work with team members to develop solutions to meet Identity and Access Management objectives
- Work with operations and support teams for IAM technologies to establish standard operating procedures and operational policies for IAM technology
- Work with customer business and technical teams to facilitate solutions for the delivery of identity and access services.
- Creating communication plans and training materials
