Job Description:
Our client, an innovative digital banking company that has recently emerged as a spinoff, is hiring a new role that will be a vital addition to the Client Services team in directly supporting external customer facing projects, driving the customization/configurations of existing customer platforms as well as implementations/onboarding of net new customers. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with both technical teams and stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge digital banking solutions, all while providing abundant growth opportunities!
- 4 years of Technical Project Management experience – managing SDLC lifecycle & collaborating with both development & business facing teams
- Experience utilizing Jira or Smartsheets for project tracking
- Excellent communication skills – gathering requirements, holding weekly status meetings, & owning project deliverables/timelines
- Experience in an Enterprise level Agile/Scrum environment
- B.S. Degree
• Digital Banking and or/ Payment Software experience
- Cash Management, Treasury Management, Business Management experience
- PMP Certification
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Communication with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Manage relationships to ensure alignment and support for the project.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources including budget, personnel, and materials to ensure that project goals are met. Manage and optimize resource use.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor and address risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Performance Monitoring: Track project progress against goals and milestones. Use performance metrics to evaluate success and adjust as needed.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure that the project supports the broader strategic objectives of the organization. Align project outcomes with business goals and strategies.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management on project status, performance, and issues.
- Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources effectively, ensuring minimal impact on project objectives.
