The job of the

Operations Assistant

in an Advertising Agency is to make sure everyone is hitting their deadlines. You help create new processes and procedures to smooth out workflow, and are able to operate under pressure and tight deadlines. The Operations Manager will coordinate workflow to and from internal staff, and has amazing organizational skills as well as strong attention to detail in order to track the status of multiple projects at once.

Job Responsibilities : Maintain job tracking processes, procedures, and schedules via AirTableBe proactive in meeting all deadlines, ensuring projects are created, proofed, and approved on timeCoordinate with multiple departments and effectively communicate schedule expectationsDelegate tasks as necessary to ensure team members are always working on the timeliest projectsEnsure that all deadlines are met on time or before due dateWork efficiently through a high volume of work while meeting tight deadlines, all with a professional and positive demeanor

Job Requirements : Experience in traffic / production / operations management requiredSolid understanding of the creative development processProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteProven strength in problem-solvingStrong leadership and collaboration skillsLeadership skills must include being able to motivate team members in a positive wayMust be extremely detail-oriented and hyper organized as this position will have a lot of simultaneous moving pieces
