InnoVision Marketing Group, in conjunction with InnoVision Talent Agency, is pleased to announce an opening in our internship program for a Talent Coordination internship. InnoVision Talent Agency is a boutique representation company based in San Diego, specializing in a curated roster of actors and voiceover artists across commercial, digital and broadcast media. We take a hands-on, relationship-driven approach to talent management and are passionate about helping talent breakthrough in competitive creative industries.
About This Internship
This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the inner workings of a talent agency and gain real-world experience in representation, casting and commercial media. This is an in-house internship located in San Diego, CA in a professional office setting with flexible scheduling.
What You'll Learn & What You'll Do
- The process of talent submissions, availability checks and booking coordination.
- How to maintain rosters, schedules and internal databases
- How to draft professional email correspondence and follow-ups in relation to the talent industry
- You'll sit in on meetings and gain insight into talent representation strategy
- You'll assist with industry research, casting opportunities and outreach
You'll have hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals in the industry in a supportive, collaborative and creative office culture. You'll also have access to our fully-stocked kitchen facilities along with regular team bonding events and activities.
