Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive, high-quality healthcare services to our diverse patient population in both inpatient and outpatient settings. As a key member of our medical staff, you will collaborate with the Medical Director and other healthcare professionals to uphold our center's mission of providing exceptional, patient-centered care.

Essential Duties

Provide comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care.
Conduct thorough patient examinations and maintain detailed, problem-oriented health records.
Prescribe medications and treatments in compliance with state regulations and professional guidelines.
Ensure continuity of care through timely follow-ups and effective communication with patients and healthcare team members.
Perform minor surgical procedures and coordinate referrals for specialized care when necessary.
Review and act upon diagnostic reports promptly, including lab results, x-rays, and EKGs.
Participate in health promotion and education initiatives, including community outreach programs and health fairs.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of medical protocols and practices.
Mentor and supervise medical students, support staff, and mid-level practitioners as appropriate.
Engage in multidisciplinary meetings and center functions to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
