This Systems Analyst contractor position is part of the HHSC Managed Care Utilization Review team and will develop a customized solution in the HHS Microsoft 365 Power Platform for the modernization of the program's utilization review forms. This position will perform application development duties that will involve the following Power Platform areas: Power Apps, (model-driven) Dataverse, Power Automate Flows, and Power BI reports.
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Work experience with Software as a Service (Saas) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments Required 5 years
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI technical solutions Required 4 years
- Microsoft Power Platform development experience Required 4 years
- Experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven PowerApps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse Required 4 years
- Experience developing Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, business process Flows Required 4 years
- Experience with Dataverse tables and uses Required 4 years
- Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center Required 4 years
- Experience with Power BI report development Required 4 years
- Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization Preferred 2Years
- Good teamwork skills, and ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project Preferred 2Years
- Experience in Agile development and sprint planning Preferred 2Years
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams Preferred 2Years
- Experience with Power Platform mobile apps, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages, and PowerApps portals Preferred 1 Year
