Web Content Developer

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Full-time professional work experience in the development and support of IT applications. Successful completion of an IT Certification program, accredited college, and/or graduate training may substitute for required work experience.

Experience with content management systems (e.g., TeamSite).

Basic graphic design skills with familiarity in tools like Adobe Photoshop.

Knowledge of back-end technologies and databases is a plus.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

New Jersey Office of the Public Defender(OPD) is seeking a versatile Content and Coding Developer who will be responsible for both the development of web applications and the creation and management of digital content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and a keen eye for creating engaging content that aligns with our brand's voice and objectives. Content and Coding Developer will be working directly under the OPD Chief Technology Officer to manage, implement and deliver projects and tasks successfully.

• Optimize content and applications for performance, and accessibility.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest web development and content trends, tools, and technologies.
