Tues: 4:45pm to 9pm
Wed: 4:45pm to 9pm
Fri: 8:45am to 3pm
Sat: 8:30am to 2pm

- Service Support: Assist our therapists by turning over treatment rooms quickly and efficiently, and helping with laundry duties.

- Fast Learner: Quickly adapt to new systems and processes, using Google and other resources to figure things out on your own. (Google is your best friend and you frequently attend the "University of YouTube"! ;)
- Team Player: Lend a hand across the entire spa and assist the owner and Spa Concierge manager ensuring smooth operations and a cohesive team environment.
- Sales Support: Promote our spa services and retail products, helping clients find the perfect treatments and products to meet their needs.
- Smooth Operations: Assist with administrative tasks like inventory, manage client records, and ensure the front desk and retail area is always neat, clean and welcoming.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a spa or wellness setting.
- Personality Plus: Must have a warm, outgoing, and bubbly personality with excellent communication skills and a genuine love for interacting with people.
- Organizational Skills: Stellar organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills.
- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
- Problem-Solver: Ability to handle client concerns and resolve issues with a positive and professional attitude.
- Proactive: Takes initiative to solve problems and improve processes without needing to be asked.
