Organizational Change Management Responsibilities :
- Job Duty 1 : Design and implement learning and development plans to support major IT change management projects detailing change specifics measurable objectives and deliverables that include success metrics phased timelines and adoption / resistance management strategies.
- Job Duty 2 : Collaborate with OCM and project teams to track and assess change progress throughout project lifecycles focusing on adoption rates change utilization and proficiency in new processes.
- Job Duty 3 : Develop instructional web and mediabased learning materials including training modules (using Articulate 360 Vyond Adobe Captivate) job aids knowledge articles video demonstrations and PowerPoint presentations.
- Job Duty 4 : Build and execute stakeholder and community outreach plans that align with change communications and learning activities including town halls focus groups usability studies and community events.
Data Governance & Discovery Responsibilities :
Required skills :
Proficiency in creating engaging interactive training modules and resources using tools like Articulate 360 Adobe Captivate and Vyond. Ability to design instructional content for diverse formats (online hybrid and inperson).
Advanced skills in multimedia development (e.g. video web content interactive modules). Experience in creating webbased knowledge articles job aids video demonstrations and slide presentations tailored to different learning styles.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing change management strategies including adoption and resistance management with an emphasis on data governance or technology transformations.
Preferred skills :
Experience working in a higher education environment
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
