Title : Flexo / Digital Operator I
Reports To : Shift Advisor
Starting Pay : $21 / hr. 12% Shift Differential
Weekend Shift / Friday - Sunday, 5AM - 5 : 30PM, (3 days, 12 hrs)
Benefits : Full time associates are eligible for benefits the first of the month following 30 days of service.

Summary : This is an entry level Flexo Operator I position. This Flexo Operator I will have limited experience with machines in this Value Stream including, but not limited to flexographic and digital presses. They may have limited technical skills. The position requires the Associate to do minor set up with assistance, run and follow work instructions. They will have a working understanding of the operations for less complex jobs, but full understanding of the safety requirements of presses and other equipment within the Value Stream. This Flexo Operator I position is expected to have a working knowledge of acceptable product quality, processes and procedures. Associate must be able to meet production schedules.
