As a Store Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our store operates smoothly while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership: Supervise, guide, and inspire a team of retail associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Sales Growth: Support the store manager in developing and implementing strategies to boost performance and profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Staff Development: Assist with hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Compliance & Communication: Ensure adherence to company policies and local/state regulations, and act as a key communication link between the store and corporate office.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on merchandise, industry trends, and company policies to better serve customers.
Requirements:
We’re looking for someone with the skills and motivation to succeed:
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work both opening and closing shifts on weekends.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a supervisor/keyholder role is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for retail.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate a team to exceed expectations.
- Customer-Focused Mindset: Passion for delivering exceptional service and building relationships with customers.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong critical thinking skills to address challenges quickly and effectively.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and remain energetic in a fast-paced environment.
