Responsibilities
- Greet all customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering guest inquiries about services and product offerings.
- Operate the register and perform financial transactions, balancing drawer upon opening and closing of each shift.
- Maintain a clean and presentable workspace, restocking inventory and unloading deliveries as needed.
- Brew and serve coffee and tea products, labeling and serving daily sandwich, soup, and a la carte offerings.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work nights and weekends, with previous customer service experience and excellent verbal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work independently.
