Maintenance Technician

InnSeason Resorts The Falls at Ogunquit is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our team and perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, mechanical spaces, pool equipment, and any other basic areas on the property. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance duties as required at the resort.
• Ensure that room maintenance requests are handled in a prompt & courteous manner.
• Make basic repairs to units including, but not limited to, air conditioners, tiles, bathrooms, all fixtures, furniture, wall coverings, sheetrock, painting, and basic plumbing.
• Replace TV’s, VCR’s, DVD’s and program TV’s as required.
• Perform preventive maintenance in units and on equipment.
• Assist grounds personnel as directed. Use of lawn care equipment and snow removal equipment.

Skills Required:
Knowledgeable use of hand & power tools, electrical test equipment, refrigeration equipment, plumbing tools & equipment, audio-visual equipment occasionally.

• 1 year of basic, property maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to regularly lift over 25 lbs.
• Ability to see projects through to completion
• Ability to properly assess problems and provide solutions
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed to support the needs of the business
• Reasonable comfort level with computers and smart devices
• CPO certification preferred, but not a requirement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
