Senior Associate, Marketing

Innspace is an international hospitality general contractor with over 25 years of experience, offering in-house design and procurement capabilities. We collaborate with brokers and developers, providing upfront preconstruction and property due diligence to assess PIP renovation costs and establish deal feasibility and ROI. Our mission is to provide cost and schedule assurance, ensuring seamless project execution for our clients.

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Associate of Marketing to lead our brand storytelling and content creation efforts. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a passion for luxury hospitality and a keen ability to craft compelling narratives across various digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sophisticated marketing materials, including website content, social media campaigns, email marketing initiatives, and client proposals. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our brand messaging is engaging, visually captivating, and effectively communicates our distinct methodology to prospective clients.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Storytelling: Develop and refine compelling brand narratives for our website, social media, email campaigns, and printed marketing materials that reflect our high-end hospitality focus.
• Proposal Development: Craft visually striking and persuasive proposals that effectively communicate our unique approach to prospective clients.
• Social Media & Digital Strategy: Manage and curate creative, high-quality content that drives engagement and strengthens Innspace’ presence on social media platforms.
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeting luxury hospitality owners, showcasing our expertise and project successes.
• Brand Positioning & Messaging: Ensure all marketing materials align with our upscale brand identity and appeal to high-end hospitality groups.
• Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing trends to enhance our marketing efforts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including design and business development, to ensure cohesive and impactful storytelling across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury hospitality, design, or architecture industries.
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging and visually appealing narratives.
• Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and email marketing.
• Experience developing high-quality proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in design and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Web flow, Canva, or similar.
• Experience with marketing automation and email platforms like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• A keen eye for luxury branding and aesthetics.
