This Flex-time role drives a Straight Truck and provides ultimate flexibility allowing you to tell us how much and when you are available for work. Inontime's Flex-time positions offer competitive hourly compensation, overtime after 40 weekly hours, quarterly profit sharing, non-participation required 4% 401k, and the opportunity to become an owner through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Moreover, we offer a premium of 10% for flex-time team members working between 6pm and 5am.
Requirements
We're looking for quick-learning, safety oriented drivers with the following qualities :
- Solid understanding of the rules of the road
- Current Chauffeur License and DOT medical card
- Basic computer skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Perpetual drive towards learning, developing and growing
- Solid communication skills
- True team-player, as everyone at Inontime conducts themselves as a co-owner
