Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Event Marketing Specialist to join our INOV8 store team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our brand at events and enhance brand visibility. This role requires a blend of marketing for our store, working events including; expos, pop-ups, as well digital marketing and a passion for creating memorable experiences that resonate with our target audience.
Hours for events vary, however there is the potential to supplement more hours by working in-store. Most events are local, however there is opportunity for travel 3-5 x a year.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for events to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Creating relationships with community partners through outreach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content for promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
- Manage store social media marketing efforts to promote events, including creating engaging posts and monitoring audience interaction.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and track performance metrics.
- Design print advertising materials using Adobe Creative Suite to ensure high-quality visuals that align with brand standards.
- Write persuasive copy for various platforms, including websites, emails, and social media channels.
- Analyze performance marketing data post-event to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
