Job Description
Job Title : CT Technologist
Job Specialty : Computed Tomography (CT) Technician
Job Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : 10 hours, Monday-Thursday, 5 : 00 pm-3 : 30 am
Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week
Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience required
License : ARRT (R) (CT) and Virginia state license required
Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
Must-Have : Epic access with Radiant module required
Job Description :
- Operate GE CT scanners (256 slice and 64 slice) to perform diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Manage a high volume of cases, approximately 250 per day.
- Adhere to shift expectations with no weekend or on-call duties, however, candidates must be available to work holidays, accommodating one major and one minor holiday.
- Comply with dress code with prescribed scrub color requirements.
- Complete orientation within one week.
- Demonstrate strong technical and patient care skills, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety.
