Would you like to work for a fun organization where you can make a difference? Come join our sales team as an Bilingual Auto Lender. Monday - Friday position with a base hourly rate plus incentive, with the ability to earn $31,200.00 - $90,000.00
As an bilingual Auto Lender you will be responsible for the following:
- Improve our member’s financial well-being by providing exceptional service and offering INOVA products and services that best fit their individual needs
- Respond to member communications and auto loan inquiries in a timely manner, according to INOVA’s standards of contact
- Originate incoming auto loan applications by phone and online, obtain all necessary documentation, ensure accuracy, and make recommendations for loan approval or denial
- Communicate with applicants throughout the loan process and during the loan closing
- Educate members on credit issues, different loan options, and additional credit union products and services as applicable
- Cross-sell ancillary products
- Follow all credit union policies and procedures and uphold member confidentiality
- All leads provided via online/phone inquiries
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- A highly motivated salesperson with strong member service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional verbal/phone skills are a must
- Attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of accountability
- Team player, able to work well with multiple departments
- Knowledge of current technology, ability to easily navigate multiple software environments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience in a sales/lending position
This position is an in-office position at our Corporate branch located in Elkhart, Indiana.
