Lending Expert

Would you like to work for a fun organization where you can make a difference? Come join our sales team as a Lending Expert. Monday - Friday position with a base hourly rate plus incentive, with the ability to earn $31,200.00 - $90,000.00

As a Lending Expert, you will be responsible for the following:

• Improving our member’s financial well-being by providing exceptional service and offering INOVA products and services that best fit their individual needs
• Responding to member communications and auto loan inquiries in a timely manner, according to INOVA’s standards of contact
• Originating incoming auto loan applications by phone and online, obtain all necessary documentation, ensure accuracy, and make recommendations for loan approval or denial
• Communicating with applicants throughout the loan process and during the loan closing
• Educating members on credit issues, different loan options, and additional credit union products and services as applicable
• Cross-selling ancillary products
• Following all credit union policies and procedures and uphold member confidentiality
• All leads provided via online/phone inquiries

Qualifications:

• A highly motivated salesperson with strong member service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional verbal/phone skills are a must
• Attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills
• High level of accountability
• Team player, able to work well with multiple departments
• Knowledge of current technology, ability to easily navigate multiple software environments
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months experience in a sales/lending position

This position is an in-office position at our Corporate branch located in Elkhart, Indiana.
