A Member Experience Representative is responsible for:
- Continuous communication with members through all delivery channels including face-to-face, text, email, and phones.
- Understanding INOVA's products, services, and partnerships to utilize while engaging with members.
- Identifying the unmet needs of current and potential members and filling those needs with INOVA products and services
- Maintaining excellent member service and thank the member for their business.
- Fulfilling our mission statement "To improve our members' financial well-being".
