As one of the largest manufacturers in the region, we ship countless truckloads and railcars of beloved brands like Fancy Feast, Friskies, and Pro Plan. You will regularly interact with Production, Maintenance, and Product Safety. You will have the opportunity to cross-train and gain experience in multiple areas across QA to strengthen your skillset. and we continue to deliver on that promise.Analyze finished product using various test methods, including wet chemistryPerform manufacturing line inspectionsPerform sensory evaluations of in process and finished productInitiates all formula changes for Processing DepartmentSample and test incoming ingredients that include, but are not limited to physical testing, salmonella and EB testing, environmental sampling, and testing bins, sacks, and totesPromote Quality and Food Safety culture in the organizationRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED1 years working in quality, food manufacturing, production, manufacturing, military, or related environmentThe approximate pay range for this position is $43,913 to $54,080. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
