Inova Primary Care is looking for a dedicated LPN Outpatient Supervisor to join the team. This role will be full-time, day shift Monday- Friday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm.

The Clinical Supervisor Outpatien t is responsible for the administration and application of all clinical nursing functions, procedures and protocols. Supervises clinical operations, direct patient care, and patient education. Coordinates and facilitates patient care progression throughout the healthcare continuum. Manages patient care effectively and timely by working collaboratively and maintaining active communication with members of the primary care team.
