Clinical Technician 1 – Medical Surgical with Inova Fairfax Medical Campus
Full-time | Nights | Shift: Days Vary , 6PM – 6:30AM
Three (3), 12-hr shifts per week | Rotating Weekends & Holidays.
The Medical Surgical with renowned Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is seeking a dedicated and loyal Clinical Technician 1 to join the team in a full-time capacity!
Your shifts will be from 6PM-6:30AM : with r otating weekends & holidays.

Clinical Technician 1 Job Responsibilities (to include but not limited to)
- Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurse.
- ADLs
- Blood Draws
- IV Insertion
- Catheter / Foley insertion
- Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
- Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
Clinical Technician 1 Requirements :
- Education : High School diploma or equivalent.
- Certification : Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- Special Skills : Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
- Physical Requirements : Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds
- Training: Must be available for six (6) weeks of paid training, consisting of,
- Virtual modules (Two from 8AM -4:30PM)
- Classroom-style sessions: 8AM – 4:30PM (6 shifts total)
- Shifts on unit (8hrs & 12hrs)
Salary : $5,250
