Clinical Technician 1 – Observation Unit with Inova Fairfax Medical Campus
Full-time | Days | Shift: Days Vary, 6AM – 6:30PM
Three (3), 12-hr shifts per week | Rotating Weekends & Holidays.
The Observation Unit with renowned Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is seeking a dedicated and loyal Clinical Technician to join the team in a full-time capacity!
Your shifts will be from 6AM-6:30PM: with ( no) rotating weekends &/or holidays

Clinical Technician Job Responsibilities (to include but not limited to)
- Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurse.
- ADLs
- Blood Draws
- IV Insertion
- Catheter / Foley insertion
- Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
- Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
Requirements :
- Education : High School diploma or equivalent.
- Certification : Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- Special Skills : Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
- Physical Requirements : Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds
- Training: Must be available for six (6) weeks of paid training, consisting of,
- Virtual modules
- Classroom-style sessions: 8AM – 4:30PM (6 shifts total)
- Shifts on unit
- Experience : Prior experience in healthcare, preferred.
Salary : $5,250
