We are looking for a motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to help establish and implement best-in-class manufacturing processes at the new facilityPosition Summary : The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for developing, leading, and implementing operational excellence initiatives across the plant. This role will drive efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall production performance by applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, standardize processes, and instill a culture of continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement a Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy aligned with company goals.Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks to implement improvement plans.Provide training and coaching on CI methodologies to employees at all levels.Facilitate Kaizen events, Gemba walks, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to drive problem-solving initiatives.Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive accountability.Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, and maintenance teams to enhance productivity.Support new equipment and automation projects to optimize workflow.Foster a culture of continuous improvement through employee engagement and empowerment.Ensure adherence to food safety, regulatory, and quality compliance standards.Qualifications & Experience : Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.5 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence role within the food manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies (certifications preferred).Experience in a new or developing plant is a plus.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement change.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Excellent communication, training, and facilitation skills.Familiarity with USDA, GMP, HACCP, and other food industry standards.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, Power BI, Minitab, etc.).Why Join CCI Prime?Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the continuous improvement culture of a growing manufacturing plant.Work with a team dedicated to innovation and operational excellence.Competitive salary, benefits, and career growth opportunities.Be part of an exciting industry producing high-quality Asian dumplings enjoyed by consumers nationwide.Important Qualifications to Your Success : Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in the facility.Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and flexible to do other job duties as required.Arrives to work on time, returns timely from breaks, and meets attendance guidelines.Willingness to raise questions and concerns over issues.Good observation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Self-aware, positive team attitude.Willingness to work overtime when required if applicable.Strong leadership and oral / written communication skills.
