What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intern - Clinical Analytics position at Inova Health System?
High-impact data and analytics are critical for organizational decision-making. Interns will work with one of Inova's s Clinical Analytics team and gain first-hand experience with electronic medical records, data visualization, and data management. Students with a background or interest in clinical concepts, data, SQL, and / or statistics are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Gains work experience within one's field within specific areas in Inova.
- Takes direction in a positive manner.
- Provides technical and / or analytic feedback and assessments.
- Serves as project assistant or lead for specific initiatives across Inova Health System.
- Able to interact effectively with management, staff and other personnel, and work independently, and / or as part of a team.
- Provides expertise within field of specialty and / or study. Increases knowledge of area of study and or specialty.
- Demonstrates acquisition and exercise of new skills.
