If you have a knack for preventive maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and possess strong supervisory skills, we would love to hear from you!Target pay range is $30-35 / hrResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure optimal facility performance.Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues.Lead, mentor, and supervise maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, ensuring timely repairs.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory management.Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.QualificationsProven experience in maintenance supervision or a similar role.Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and inspection techniques.Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repair.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team on the second shift, M-F and every other SaturdayStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Relevant certifications in maintenance or electrical fields are a plus.You should be proficient in : Preventive Maintenance & InspectionSupervisory ExperienceElectrical Troubleshooting
