As a Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections and tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. Your expertise will help us uphold our commitment to delivering superior products to our customers.Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.Create PPAP documentation for new and existing products.Support New Product Development through collaborative work with Engineering and Production.Provide support to Production to prevent Customer Escapes.Analyze data, run root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.Ensure compliance with Quality Management Standards.Act as an Internal Auditor.Achieve certification to ISO14001 and IATF16949.Analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and customer service, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.Investigate and resolve customer complaints and quality-related issues.Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective action records.Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality engineering.Qualifications : Four-year college degree in Engineering or Quality.Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing quality experience.In-depth knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16949.Knowledge of AS9001 is a plus.Leadership skills to drive continuous improvement.Experience with 8D and other root cause analysis tools.Lean experience is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Additional Information :
