Assists the Human Resource Manager with administrative duties including (but not limited to) staffing, training documents and logs; internal and external correspondence; FMLA administration and recordkeeping; and filing / documentation.Responsibilities :
Assists with Seasonal Staffing support including but not limited to data entry, filing, orientations, reporting, training and employee investigations
Provides back-up support for the Human Resource Manager
Other duties as assignedQualifications :
Must have good attention to detail and accuracy
Bi-lingual (Spanish / English) preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
Ability to maintain extreme confidentiality
Strong oral and written communication skills
Good organizational skills
