Inova Gastroenterology Services is looking for a dedicated Sr. Nurse Manager Outpatient to join the team. .This role will be full-time, day shift Monday- Friday, 8:00 am -5:00 pm.
As the Senior Nurse Manager, you will oversee the clinical and administrative operations of our Gastroenterology outpatient offices, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency. Work Location: The Sr. Nurse Manager will be able to work from any of our GI clinics around Northern Virginia: Fairfax, Fair Oaks, Franconia-Springfield, Lansdowne, Mount Vernon and Oakville.

The Senior Nurse Manager Outpatient oversees an assigned area to ensure it is performing effectively, which may include but not limited to, hiring and training team members, creating and implementing business strategies, managing performance of team members, and delegating tasks. Oversees an evidence-based environment that produces exceptional care with optimal patient outcomes. Serves as a primary liaison and information resource for the clinics. Collaborates with the service line on key clinical strategic development and supports organizational goals and research. Supports the strategic plans through the education of clinical staff to ensure competencies are met and to achieve integration of clinical operations. Provides leadership of clinical quality improvement initiatives, best practices, and oversight of Epic clinical workflows and optimization.

Additional Requirements:
Education: BSN
Experience: Minimum 5 years of clinical RN experience and minimum 3 years of management experience.
RN License: Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a RN.
