Job Description

Inova Fair Oaks Hospital is looking for a dedicated Social Worker Case Manager to join the team. This position is full-time in the Emergency Department. Days and Shifts vary.

Social Worker Case Manager Job Responsibilities :

Requirements :

Education : Masters Degree in Social Work

Experience : One - two years of experience in clinical care or clinical case management

Certification : Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association upon start

Preferred Requirements :

Current case management experience in a healthcare setting

Salary : $5,250
