Join our team and lets continue making chocolate lovers happy!A day in the lifeAs the Senior Marketing Financial Analyst, you will serve as a key partner to the Marketing team providing financial insights and analysis to support marketing strategies and decision making to help drive profitable growth. In this role, you will need a strong understanding of both finance and marketing. You will need to have strong analytical skills, business acumen, and strong communication skills. You will work cross functionally with Finance, Marketing, Operations, Sales and Retail.What you will be doing. Provide accurate profitability analysis for new product development. Analyze opportunities for profitability improvement of existing products. Work cross functionally with marketing, operations, sales and innovation teams when considering new product launches and existing product improvement projects. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting process for marketing department operating expenses. Develop financial reporting to assess the impact of marketing initiatives and investments. Oversee allocation and tracking of marketing budget ensuring that spend is aligned with company priorities. Analyze monthly variances vs plan and communicate to management team.
