Job Description
The HR Data Scientist applies Statistical theory and methods to collect, interprets and summarizes People Data. Based on these outcomes, then makes predictions and presents clear, actionable recommendations on HR related issues.
HR Data Scientist Job Responsibilities
- Quickly and efficiently analyzes large, complex datasets related to HR data.
- Designs and implements experiments to test the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs.
- Creates data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders.
- Collaborates and partners with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements in HR processes and programs.
- Stays up to date on the latest developments in data science, HR analytics, and technology, and leverages this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement in HR.
- Ensures data quality, accuracy, and completeness in all analyses and reports.
- Closely consults with leadership to ensure the security, privacy, and compliance of HR data and analytics.
- Pay perform additional duties as assigned.
