Inova Cornwall Campus - Freestanding Emergency Department - Seeking a RN Unit Supervisor - Full Time Nights - 7PM-7AM with weekend rotation. This role is eligible for sign on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible applicants.

Requires at least one year of Registered Nurse Clinical experiencePreferred candidate will have ED experience with Peds & Adult Patient population, with experience as charge or supervisory responsibilitiesAssociate Degree RNs within one year of completing their BSN BSN or MSN preferredCompletion of revised Charge Nurse Workshop within the first 90 daysBLS required.Specialty certification (as required by unit) within 1 year of hire Strongly prefer current ACLS and PALSLicensed to practice as an RN in the Commonwealth of VirginiaExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Exhibits leadership ability that fosters teamwork and retention.Demonstrates professionalism and ability to remain calm and lead in dynamic and busy situations.Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office and healthcare software required.Strong problem-solving capabilities and prioritization; can serve as a resource and mentor to other clinical staff on the unit.Emergency Nurse Supervisor Preferred Qualifications :
