- Receive, store, and manage raw materials, ensuring accuracy in inventory records.
- Verify and resolve any discrepancies in received shipments.
- Prepare skids for LTL shipments, verifying item specifications and carton counts before processing.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by utilizing aged stock when possible.
- Pull and deliver correct materials to press operators, minimizing downtime.
- Assist with press changeovers, teardowns, and other production tasks.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, following 5S principles.
- Complete monthly inventory counts accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper placement of skids on racks, maintaining safety and accessibility.
- Remove waste materials, dispose of trash, and keep production areas clear.
- Operate material-handling equipment and slitter machines when necessary.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for 90% of the shift.
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and active listening).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable wearing PPE when required.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows-based software is a plus.
- Work is performed in a printing production facility, with exposure to noise, inks, and chemicals.
- Requires standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Must be flexible to support production needs, including occasional voluntary overtime and weekend work.
