What are the responsibilities and job description for the Label Inspector position at Inovar Packaging?
Label Inspector – Overnight Shift
(Mon-Tues-Wed. 4:15pm – 5:45am)

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect labels for quality and be able to identify defects.
- Read tickets, understand and follow customer specs correctly.
- Move press rolls and load onto table top machines.
- Efficiently and safely set up and operate inspection machinery.
- Load finished rolls onto pallets.
- Keep work area neat and clean.
- Additional job duties and assist in other areas as needed.
- Must follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) related to job function and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’S).
- Must comply with all company policies.
- Additional job duties as needed.
Knowledge /Skills:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Able to lift 40 lbs.
- Sit for several hours and be able to stay focused.
- Vision – must be able to maintain focus and eye contact for long periods of time.
- Must be detail oriented, organized and be able to follow directions.
- Self-motivator, positive attitude, and be able to work well with others.
- Commitment to company values.
