The Contractor shall provide support in the field of logistics coordination. Logistics Management Analyst should be prepared to coordinate responses to PM-level logistics- related taskings and be a subject matter expert in logistics management. This work may include, but is not limited to, the functions outlined below : Prior experience providing support to DoD / Army Program of Record (Acquisition Category I - III) Interpret, evaluate, coordinate, and consolidate all logistics tasks / suspense’s from external organizations. Distribute and track completion of taskings or action items to be completed by program personnel. Analyze, coordinate and report Item Unique Identification (IUID) / Unit Identification (UID) requirements for PM IEN communications systems, Life Cycle Sustainment Plan documents, and Core Depot Analysis documents throughout the life cycle. Evaluate Depot level and contractor warranty / maintenance support and make recommendations for optimization. Interprets Army Regulation (AR) some AR’s have ( ) and other do not through the document 700-127, DODD 5000.01, DODI 4151.22, DODI 5000.02, DODI 5000.67, DODI 5000.91, AR 710-1, AR 710-2, AR 710-2-1, DA PAM 710-2-1, DA PAM 710-2-2 and AR 735-5, AR and DA PAM 770-2 & 770-3 and develops reports and courses of action for applicability to all PM IEN products. Conduct risk analysis for logistics support for PM IEN projects and report findings and recommendations. Conduct PM IEN IPT briefings in support of delivering a defined product or process. Subject Matter Expert capable of evaluating and troubleshooting auditable issues Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), and Global Combat Support System (GCSS)-Army and other inventory tracking systems for PM IEN. Position requires a broad background of knowledge in life cycle logistics to include development, acquisition, testing, product improvements, fielding, and sustainment. Additionally, knowledge is required in the areas of cost estimating, planning, programming, budgeting, program integration, interoperability, and oversight. Re-validates and analyze product support alternatives or business case analysis performed in Support of the product support strategy prior to each change in the product support strategy. Communicates effectively in writing and in person-to-person at various levels with technical professionals, management, and administrative personnel. Possesses knowledge of Logistics Support Analysis doctrine, regulations, policies, and procedures required to support the Product Support Manager. Develops appropriate performance metrics for product support arrangements and product support functions and contribute to the reporting and evaluation system to determine product support effectiveness.
