The role:
As a Finance Student Assistant, you will become an integral part of our Finance and Accounting Team. The job will give you the opportunity to gain a broad insight into the finance function in an international and innovative organization and work with a broad range of stakeholders. The position requires strong analytical skills and a structured approach to tasks and deadlines. We also expect you to have a solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset. You will be part of a team of ten professional colleagues within accounting and financial controlling and you will report to our Head of Group Controlling.
Our headquarter is located in central Copenhagen, with modern facilities and a fantastic view of the canal and the Opera House. As part of Inpay, you will experience a young, dynamic, and international work environment with employees from over 40 different nationalities.

Inpay is a flexible workplace that takes exam periods and similar commitments into account. However, we expect you to be able to work between 10 and 15 hours per week.
\n- Take part in accounting and controlling tasks
- Data modelling tasks related to improving efficiency of our excel models
- Support with Finance Development Projects
- Vendor management
- Support in creating and maintaining our core process documentation
- Prepare and help with presentations for management reporting
- Ad hoc tasks
- You have a general interest in Finance
- At least 3 semesters into your bachelor study in finance/accounting/controlling
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Innovative mindset, who can explore the possibility of implementing GenAI technology, in order to enhance and augment our existing processes to drive efficiency and excellence
- Experienced user in Excel
- Great IT skills
- You are proactive and have a thorough and structured way of working
- You have proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Start Salary for Student Assistants at Inpay: 170 DKK / hour
